Odinson Archery brings not only the finest, most affordable bows on the market but we also provide the HIGHEST quality training as well! These classes are available in our home state of South Carolina at an archery range that features barricades, towers and targets going all the way out to 70 yards. We take the student through a variety of exercises utilizing the bow in a COMBATIVE sense. Our goal is to bring the bow back into it’s rightful place as a weapon of combat rather than simple target weapon. We utilize such things as stress inoculation, shooting of human shaped silhouette targets and 3D human targets.

Our program differs from others in that we promote a “modern combat archery” mindset. This means we aren’t training to fight against another bow but rather an attacker armed with a firearm. This requires a different mindset as well as a knowledge of the bow, arrow lethality and quick kill anatomical targeting. Different positions are utilized such as prone as well as barricade shooting. The goal is ending the threat as easily as possible and staying alive in the process!

  Odinson Archery also offers an “Into to Modern Combat Archery” course. This is designed to work on the fundamentals of combative archery such as accuracy and reloading. This is an intensive course on form, release, reloading and most of all INSTINCTIVE ACCURACY! From beginner to experienced, everyone can benefit from this class. We see so many mistakes in the world of modern compound archery that it hampers the progress of the archery student.
